Planting Madness

Well it has been quite some time since I have posted anything, and here's why. We have been super busy relandscaping our entire yard and it has been quite the process! We started last weekend while my parents where in town, and they were SOO much help! Lance and Dad installed a sprinkler system and Mom and I worked on the creative side of designing and plant placement. Alot of work, let me say that again, A LOT of WORK! But we are very happy with the results. Dont have the best pictures right now to show, but will asap. This weekend Lance installed gutters around the whole house, I like to think I helped too, but only while Emma was napping. So we'll give the credit where credit is due; Lance.

Shrimp Festival 2008

We had such a fun weekend. We played at the 37th Annual Shrimp Festival just about all weekend, Thursday- Saturday. We met up with a family that we met while being delayed at the IAH Airport for 5 hours, The Hiigel's. They live in Mobile and have 3 girls, Tana, Ellie and Kendra who is Emma's age. So we had soo much fun playing with them all weekend. And can't wait to see them again.

Round 2/3 Ear Infection

Well after a wonderful weekend with Lance's parents, Emma went to the dr today for a cough which in turn is yet another ear infection...yuck! Emma had an ear infection a few weeks ago that lasted 3 weeks! So here we again with another infection...no thank you. But still a wonderful weekend; we went to the Baldwin County Fair and Emma emjoyed getting on the old tractors.

On a happier note, we did enjoy a delightful weekend with Leonard and Helen; playing at the park, walking the beach in the evening and getting some good, good fried seafood!! MMMM....

Just Begun

So my good girlfriend, Heather Dominy, who I talk to all the time felt I needed to start a blog, because she just wasnt getting enough information from me on our weekly chats on the phone, facebook, myspace and email.
